阻塞性黄疸患者外周血T细胞亚群和NK细胞的变化

对34例阻塞性黄疽(下称阻黄)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞和白细胞介素-2受体阳性细胞进行检测。结果发现,阻黄患者Leu4(总T细胞)和Leu 3a(T辅助细胞)细胞百分比明显降低(P<0.01),Leu 3a/Leu 2a(T抑制细胞)比值下降(P<0.01),NK细胞和白细胞介素-2受体阳性细胞百分比亦明显低下(P<0.01)。上述结果表明,阻黄患者存在着细胞介导的免疫功能异常,而这种异常可能与其诊治过程中感染易感性高有关。

Altered Lymphocyte Subsets and Natural Killer Cells in Obstructive Jaundice

Sepsis is a common and occasionally lethal complication of obstructive jaundice. The reasons for the increased susceptibility to infection are not fully understood. This study was conducted to detect lymphocyte subsets, natural killer cells (NK cells) and interleukin 2 receptor+ (IL-2R+) cells in the peripheral blood of 34 patients with obstructive jaundice. In these patients, when compared with normal controls, there was a significant reduction in the percentage of Leu 4 (pan T lymphocytes) cells and Leu 3a (T-helper) cells (P<0.01). The decrease of the percentage of Leu 3a cells resulted in a significantly decreased ratio of Leu 33 to Leu 2a (T-suppressor) cells (P<0.01). The percentage of NK cells and IL-2R+ cells was also significantly decreased (P<0.01). These findings suggest that the impairment of lymphocyte function contributes significantly to the development of sepsis in obstructive jaundice.
