1992—1996年部队肺结核病报告发病分析

目的；分析近年来部队肺结核报告发病特点，趋势及规律，为部队肺结核病防治提供参考。方法：利用ＦｏｘＰｒｏ建立数据库，采用Ｅｐｉ Ｉｎｆｏ软件包进行分析；采用时间序列方法对肺结核病例发病时间进行分析。结果：１９９２－１９９６年全军共报告肺结核病例６３７５例，其中各年度报告的发病时间进行分析。结果：１９９２－１９９６年全军共报告肺结核病例６３７５例，其中各年报告的病数分别为９２３，９４２，８１７，１３４

INCIDENCE OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN THE ARMY FROM 1992 TO 1996

Objective:To analyze the features,trend and rules of incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the army, thus some measures can be taken to prevent and control the disease.Methods:Using Foxpro to set database and Epi Info package to analyze data from disease surveillance system. Using time-sequence analysis to explore the time distribution feature of pulmonary tuberculosis. Results:There were 6 375 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis reported in the army from 1992 to 1996. Among those, 923,942, 817, 1 344 and 2 018 cases in each of the five years were notified. As of all the notified infectious diseases, pulmonary tuberculosis ranked third. The results of time-sequence analysis indicated there were more cases between March and June of each year. Conclusion:In recent years the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the army increased sharply, and thare was a distinctive seasonal variation. The disease did a considerable harm to the Army. So it is necessary to consult DOTS strategy and to work out a prevention and control program on tuberculosis in the army as soon as possible.
