痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎临床研究

目的:探讨痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效.方法:将84例小儿急性支气管炎随机分为2组,在支持、对症、解痉、止咳、祛痰等治疗基础上,治疗组予痰热清注射液,对照组予苯唑西林钠加利巴韦林治疗.结果:治疗组在体温下降、气急改善、肺部罗音消失及胸片、血常规等复常方面优于对照组.结论:痰热清注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎疗效好,未见明显的毒副作用.

The Clinical Research of Tanreqing Injection to Treat Child Acute Bronchitis

Objective:to explore the effect of tanreqing injection on treating child acute bronchitis.Method:84 cases of child acute bronchitis were two groups.The treatment was treated with sustain,spasmolysis,stop coughing and eliminating phlegm and plus the tanreqing injection.The control was treated with sustain,spasmolysis,stop coughing and eliminating phlegm and plus the oxacillin sodium and ribovirin.Result:the treatment was better than control in temperature drop,breath lessness,rales,sternite and blood RT.Conclusion:the tanreqing injection has the good function to treating child acute bronchitis.
