摘    要:目的 建立全血中23种微量元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱分析方法。方法 采用微波消解处理全血样品,以In作内标,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)测定全血中的23种微量元素。结果 根据全血标准参考物质的分析结果及标准溶液的加标回收率评价了方法的准确度,23种元素除Cd、Hg偏低外,其余元素加标回收率在73.4%~118.9%之间,测定值与参考值吻合。结论 此方法可简便、快速、准确地测定全血中23种微量元素。

Abstract:Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry method for determination of23trace elements in whole blood.Methods ICP-MS was applied to determine23trace elements in whole blood by using In as an inter-nal standard after microwave digestion of the blood for sample preparation.Results The accuracy of the method was evaluated by the results of determination of reference standard substances in whole blood and th e recovery rates of adding standard solu-tion.The results agreed well with the reference values.The recovery rates of23trace elements obtained by adding standard method were in the range of73.4%-118.9%except Cd and Hg with lower recovery rates.Conclu sions The experimental results showed that the method was simple,rapid and accurate.
