剖宫产产后出血52例原因分析

目的 探讨剖宫产产后出血的原因及防治措施。方法 对剖官产分娩的653例中发生产后出血的52病例进行回顾性分析。结果 主要原因有子宫收缩乏力（61．5％）、胎盘因素（23．1％）、切口撕裂（7．7％）、妊娠并发症（5．8％）。结论 针对出血原因，应选择快速有效的止血方法，严密观察产程、及时处理异常产程、提高手术操作技术，同时做好孕前宣教工作、加强围生期保健是减少产后出血的良好措施。

Analysis on 52 Cases of Cesarean Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective to discuss the causes and preventive of caesarean postpartum hemorrhage. Method Fifty-two cases of postpartum hemorrhage among 589 caesareans were analyzed retrospectively. Results Main causes of hemorrhage included poor uterine contraction (61.5%), placent problems(23.1%), incision laceration(7.7%)as well as complication of pregnancy(5.8%). Conclusion Effective hemostasis should be applied promptly base on the cause of hemorrhage. Close observation of labor stage, correction of abnormal birth process, improvement of operation skill, training of parturien and perinatal period health care are all necessary provision to decrease postpartum hemorrhage.
