| 摘 要： | 目的：提高胃扭转手法复位水平，减少复发，避免盲目复位。方法：临床主要表现为上腹部饱胀，疼痛不适，均经临床、X线检查诊断为慢性胃扭转，器官轴型36例，网膜轴型2例，根据X线表现对其进行低张下手法复位。结果：38例中对32例施以手法复位，31例取得成功，成功率96％，其中22例一次复位成功，6例2次成功，3例3次成功。结论：胃扭转手法复位只要掌握好适应症，方法得当，复位率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the level of restoration by tact for gastric volvulus reduce recrudesce,and avoid restoration blindnessly.Methods:All of the cases were diagnosed by X-ray and clinic examination. The organoaxial type were 36 cases, the epiploon type were 2 cases. Restoration were done by tact under lower tensile force based on X-ray exhibition.Results:32 cases were restorated by tact in all 38 cases, 31 cases were succeed, the success rate was 96%,22 cases were restorated by tact only one time, 6 cases 2 times, 3 cases 3 times.Conclusion:The success rate of gastric volvulus restorated by tact was high if only mastering its acclimatize and propering the means. |
