成都地区0~6岁婴幼儿25-羟维生素D水平分析

摘    要:目的了解成都地区0-6岁婴幼儿血清25-羟维生素D(25-OHD)水平,为临床诊断维生素D缺乏性佝偻病提供实验依据。方法2011年9月-2012年8月在我院儿童保健科门诊进行常规体检的0-6岁儿童,共2162例,采用化学发光法检测血清中25-OHD水平。结果成都地区0-6岁儿童血清25-OHD平均浓度为(30.57±13.50)ng/mL。2162例儿童中,血清25-OHD水平均衡者909例,占42.0%;缺乏及不足者共1242例,占57.5%;除0-1岁组与l-2岁组间25-OHD水平差异无统计学意义外,其他各组间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同性别间25-OHD水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论成都地区0-6岁婴幼儿25-OHD水平偏低,缺乏率较高,其中以4-6岁幼儿25-OHD血清水平最低。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D (25-OHD) in 0-6 years old children in Chengdu and to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis of vitamin D deficiency rickets. Methods Serum levels of 25-OHD in 2 162 cases of children,who received the conventional health examination in the department of Child Care from September. 2011 to August. 2012, were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay (CIA). Results The mean values of serum 25-OHD was (30.57±13.50) ng/mL. Among 2 162 children, 909 (42.0%) were relatively sufficient in 25-OHD; 1 242 (57. 5%) were deficient. There were significant differences in the levels of 25-OHD between different ages except between 0-1 and 1-2 age groups, and had no significant difference between gender groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The levels of 25-OHD is low in Chengdu children, and the deficiency rate might be high in children, especially in 4-6 years old children.
