阵发性室上性心动过速的急救与护理研究

目的分析阵发性室上性心动过速患者的急救与护理方法及效果。方法选择在本院接受急诊治疗的阵发性室上性心动过速患者作为研究对象,给予急诊针对性治疗及护理,观察患者的预后情况。结果 12例（26.09%）自动转律,29例（63.04%）转为窦性心律,5例（10.87%）恢复慢而选择住院治疗;共出现不良反应3例（6.52%）,其中肢体麻木2例,心绞痛1例。结论针对性的急诊治疗及护理可以有效恢复阵发性室上性心动过速患者的心律,避免不良后果的出现,保障患者生活质量。

First aid and nursing research in paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

ObjectiveTo analyze the nursing Methods and Results of First aid in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.MethodsPatients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were received emergency treatment in our hospital were as the research objects,to give emergency treatment and nursing,observed the patient＇s prognosis.ResultsThere was 12 cases（26.09%） with automatic cardioversion,29 cases（63.04%） converted to sinus rhythm,5 cases（10.87%） was recovery slowly and selected hospitalization.There was 3 cases（6.52%） with adverse reactions,including two cases with limb numbness, one case with angina.ConclusionTargeted emergency treatment and nursing can effectively restore heart rhythm in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,to avoid adverse effects and to protect the quality of life of patients.
