| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中医特色护理对脑卒中后肢体麻木的疗效。方法]将60例病人随机分为对照组、观察组各30例，对照组予常规治疗护理，观察组在常规治疗与护理的基础上加用中医特色护理（十宣穴放血、中药熏洗、耳穴压豆），处理10d后观察两组病人的疗效。结果]两组治疗前后麻木症状积分比较，其中观察组情绪、睡眠、肢体功能改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]中医特色护理对脑卒中后肢体麻木疗效较好。

Application of TOM characteristics care for patients with numbness after stroke |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of TCM characteristics care for patients with numbness after stroke. Methods： A total of 60 pa- tients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 patients in each, the patients of control group received routine treatment and care, the patients in observation group received TCM characteristics care （ten declared hole bled, herbal fumigation, ear pressure beans） based on the conventional treatment and care, and the patients were observed af- ter 10 d of treatment. Results： In numbness symptom scores, the mood, sleep, physical function improvement was better than that of control group compared with the observation group than the control group before and af- ter treatment （P~0.05）;Clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group （P ~ 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM characteristics care has better curative effect for patients with numbness after stroke. |
