| 摘 要： | 总结15例心脏瓣膜置换术同期心房颤动射频消融病人的围术期护理,强调应在术前改善病人的心功能,加强心理护理,术后及时发现和处理严重的心律失常,监测循环系统及呼吸系统,并做好血管活性药物的应用、心律失常的处理及抗凝治疗的护理。

| Abstract: | It summarized the perioperative care of 15 cases of 15 cases of pa- tients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery and earlier radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation patients, stressed the importance of improving pre- operative cardiac function of the patients, strengthening psychological care, postoperative discovering and dealing with serious arrhythmias in time, monito- ring circulatory system and respiratory system,and good application of vasoac- tive drugs,arrhythmia treatment and nursing care of anticoagulant therapy. |
