| 摘 要： | 30名出生体重很低的婴儿 (VLBWI)经用外周静脉置中心静脉导管 (PICC) ,获得良好疗效。与常规的静脉营养法比较 ,PICC在输液天数 ,输入浓度和并发症发生率上更为优越。它能提高VLBWI的存活率 .还分析和讨论了穿刺的深度及发生的并发症问题。

| Abstract: | very low birth weight infants(VLBWI) have be en treated by peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC),and good curative eff ect has been obtained. Compared to routine vein nutrition method, PICC excelled it in number of days for transfusion, import concentration and complication rati o. PICC can improve the survive rate of VLBWI. Puncture depth and complications occurred have also been analyzed and discussed. |
