改良无痛苦纤支镜技术46例的临床应用价值探讨

目的探讨喉罩供氧下全身麻醉纤支镜技术（简称改良无痛苦纤支镜）的临床应用价值。方法行改良无痛苦纤支镜46例，观察病人麻醉前、插喉罩时、术中维持时间及术毕血压、心率、氧饱和度情况；了解病人及内镜医生对该技术的满意程度；观察不良反应。结果病人的满意度是100％，所有病人在纤支镜操作过程中无不适感。病人在麻醉前、插喉罩时、术中生命体征和氧饱和度都平稳。从内镜医生的角度来讲，对风险较高的病人更愿意选择改良无痛苦纤支镜技术，但该技术需要依赖麻醉专科医生是其缺点。结论改良无痛苦纤支镜技术能提高患者舒适度且安全，越来越多的患者会选择此种方法，故在临床工作中不断对该项技术加以总结完善很有必要。

The investigation the painless fibrobronchoscopy for clinical practice (46 patients reports)

Objective To study the clinical practice of the painless fibrobronchoscopy in general anesthesia operation by the laryngeal mask airway. Methods 46 patients were studied on the improved technology of painless fibrobronchoscopy, the remaining time of the general anesthesia, blood pressure, pulse spo2, the patients＇ and the doctors＇ attitude. Results The satisfaction of the patients was 100%. All the patients felt satisfied. The patients＇ spo2. were normal. To doctors, they would like to choose the improved technology of painless fibrobronchoscopy, but this technology needed anesthesia doctors. Conclusion This technology can make the patients safer and more comfortable. Many patients choose this technology. So it＇s necessary to spread the use of this technology.
