哺乳类松果体内肽类神经分布的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:用免疫组织化学方法以光镜和电镜观察了金黄地鼠、大白鼠、沙土鼠松果体内的肽类神经分布,其中应用的第一抗体为降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)神经肽Y(NPY)、促生长激素释放抑制激素(SRIH),结果发现,SP免疫反应阳性神经纤维主要分布于松果体实质的周围部,而在松果体实质中心部较缺乏。CGRP免疫反应阳性神经纤维在松果体实质内分布较丰富。在松果体实质周围部的CGR与PSP免疫反应的阳性神经纤维分布几乎重复,电镜观察结果,CGRP免疫反应阳性神经纤维为无髓纤维,与松果体细胞相接触,但无膜特化的结构,VIP免疫反应阳性神经纤维分布于松果体实质内,为无髓纤维,与松果体细胞相接触,但无膜特化的结构。NPY免疫反应阳性神经纤维更丰富地分布于整个松果体实质内,但其实质的周围部分布较密集。NPY免疫反应阳性神经纤维为无髓纤维,其末梢内含有大颗粒小泡和小颗粒小泡,神经末梢与松果体细胞相接触,但无膜特化的结构。SRIH免疫反应阳性神经纤维主要分布于松果体实质的中心部。

Abstract:Peptidergic innervation of the pineal gland of golden hamsters, rats and gerbils was investigated by light and electron microscopic immunohistochemistry using antisera to calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), substance P (SP), vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP), neuropeptide Y (NPY), and somatotropin release inhibiting hormone (SRIH). SP-positive nerve fibers were distributed in the peripheral parenchyma, but was rather scanty in the central parenchyma. CGRP-positive nerve fibers were more numerous and distributed evenly in the pineal gland in golden hamsters. GRP-positive unmyelinated nerve terminals were sometimes closely attached to the pinealcytes, although no membrane specialization was noticed. VIP-positive nerve fibers were mainly distributed in the parenchyma. VIP-positive unmyelinated nerve terminals were sometimes closely attached to the pinealocytes althoug no membrane specialization was noticed, NPY-positive nerve fibers were most abundantly demonstrated in all parts of the pineal gland, but more densely distributed in the peripheral parenchyma than in the center. NPY-positive terminals contained numerious small vesicles. NPY-positive unmyelinated nerve terminals were sometimes closely attached to the pinealocytes, although no membrane specialization was noticed. SRIH-positive nerve fibers was distributed in the central parenchyma.
