| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钙化型腰椎间盘突出症的诊断与手术治疗。方法1995年8月至2004年8月,对90例钙化型腰椎间盘突出症进行了诊断与手术治疗。结果术后对病人进行了1~4年的随访,腰痛、下肢痛及间歇性跛行均缓解,明显改善了工作和生活质量,手术优良率为96.7%。结论钙化型腰椎间盘突出症是腰椎间盘突出症的1种特殊类型,CT扫描是诊断该类疾病的安全而可靠的辅助检查,手术时应选择合适的术式,并有一定的技巧。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods From August 1995 to August 2004,90 cases of calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were diagnosed and treated by surgery.Results The followed-up period was from l to 4 years after operation.The symptoms of lumbar pain,lower limb pain and intermittent claudication of 87 cases were relieved.Their quality of life and work were improved remarkably,and the rate of excellent and good results were 96.7%.Conclusions The calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc is a particular type of lumbar disc protrusion.CT is a safe and reliable way of diagnosis.The treatment method requires some dexterity of the operators. |
