17例上颌窦霉菌病的CT表现及其诊断价值

目的探讨上颌窦霉菌病的CT表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术、组织病理学证实且资料较完整的17例上颌窦霉菌病CT表现。结果CT扫描发现发病部位窦腔内充以密度较高、边界较清的软组织影,伴有不规则点状或斑片状钙化,窦壁骨质有不同程度增生肥厚,上颌窦内壁见骨质吸收破坏。结论上颌窦霉菌病具有特征性CT表现,可将其作为诊断与鉴别诊断的主要依据。

CT findings of maxillary sinus mycosis and their diagnostic value

Objective To research the CT findings of maxillary sinus mycosis and their diagnostic value.Methods CT findings of 17 patients with surgically and histopathologically proved maxillary sinus mycosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT scans showed that,all the infected sinus were filled with soft tissue shadows which appeared as higher density and defined margin and associated with irregular punctate or patchy calcification.The sinus walls had more or less proliferation and thickening,while the inner walls of maxillary sinus had bony absorption and destruction.Conclusion Maxillary sinus mycosis has characteristic CT findings,while these CT features can be taken as important evidence of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
