帕金森病患者56例并发症的临床分析

目的总结帕金森病并发症的发生、类型、临床表现及诊治，提高对并发症的认识，减少漏诊。方法对56例帕金森病患者并发症的症状、数量、诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果56例患者中有26例并发一种以上其他慢性疾病：痴呆10例，排尿困难8例，骨折6例，抑郁3例，睡眠障碍3例，癫痫2例，吞咽困难、运动元神经病、进行性肌萎缩各1例。其中并发2种及2种以上疾病者4例。结论帕金森病患者可以并发痴呆、排尿困难、骨折、抑郁、睡眠障碍等疾病；在帕金森病的诊治过程中应注意并发症的存在，综合诊治，以提高患者生活质量。
