| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新鲜羊膜早期移植在重度眼表碱烧伤的治疗效果.方法 采用新鲜羊膜早期移植治疗重度眼表碱烧伤35例38眼.结果 术后所有患眼眼表迅速稳定,20眼角膜恢复透明,10眼形成角膜白斑,4眼全角膜浑浊,3个月后24眼脱盲,视力≥0.2者11眼.结论 重度眼表碱烧伤早期进行新鲜羊膜移植可促进角膜上皮修复、抑制角膜新生血管侵入,防止睑球粘连.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of early transplantation of fresh amniotic membrane for ocular surface alkali burn.Methods 35 patients(38 eyes) who had severe alkali burn received fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. ResultsOcular surfaces of all patients remained stable rapidly,cornea was transparent in 20 eyes,corneal lencoma formation in 10 eyes and totally opaque of cornea in 4 eyes.24 eyes got rid of blindness after three month,including visual acuities of 11 eyes better than 0.2.Conclusions Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for ocular alkali burn is effective in promoting re-epithelialization and preventing corneal neovasularization,preventing symblepharon.It is a valuable method for the treatment of early severe ocular alkali burn. |
