摘    要:本文研究了自广地龙中提出来的一种引湿性、淡黄色針状結晶(含量約0.2%)对平滑肌器官(特别是对子宮)的作用。介紹了該結晶的提取方法。該結晶0.1毫克加入25毫升Locke液中,能使已孕和未孕大鼠或豚鼠离体子宮角紧张度明显升高,0.3毫克可使之呈痙攣收縮状态。按1毫克/公斤給已孕和未孕麻醉家兔靜脉注射后15—30分钟,在位子宮紧张度升高,作用維持1.5—3小时。按8—10毫克/公斤注射,子宮紧张度立卽升高和血压急剧下降到零而死亡。9只慢性子宫瘻家兔靜脉注射(3—6毫克/公斤)或灌胃給药(10—20毫克/公斤)后15—45分钟,子宮收縮明显增强,作用維持1.5—3小时(注射給药)和7小时以上(灌胃給药)。多数实驗家兔在子宮兴奋同时有排便現象。該結晶对家兔在位腸管和大鼠后肢血管均有强烈兴奋作用,但对豚鼠支气管肌作用极弱。当給小鼠靜脉注射时,LD50为38.7毫克/公斤。

Abstract:According to Huang Wen-k'uei's method, we separated an oxytocic ingredient from Kwang-Ti-lung.It was a faintly yellow, hygroscopic, needle crystal, and its content in Kwang-Ti-lung was about 0.2 per cent. The crystal at the concentration of 1:250000 produced a progressive rise on the tonus of isolated uterine horns of rats or guinea pigs, and at the concentration of 1:83000, a spastic contraction was apparent. The solution of crystal by intravenous injection to the pregnant or non-pregnant anaesthetized rabbits (1 mg/kg) produced a considerable rise on the tonus of uteri in situ that lasted for 1.5—3 hours, and at a dosage of 8—10 mg/kg, the tonus of uteri raised promptly and the rabbits were dead owing to the blood pressure falling rapidly to zero. From 15 to 45 minutes after intravenous injections (3—6 mg/kg) or oral administrations (10—20 mg/kg) with the solution of crystal to 9 rabbits of chronic uterine fistula, the uterine contractions markedly potentiated; the effect lasted for 1.5—3 hours intravenously and was retained for 7 hours or more orally. The crystal produced also a strong contraction on the rabbit's intestines or the rat's hinder leg vessels, but an extremely weak effect on the guinea pig's bronchial muscles. The LD50 in mice was found to be 38.7mg/kg for the solution, given by intravenous injection.
