| 摘 要： | 目的研究犬心跳骤停复苏后心肌细胞NF-κB表达的意义及中药开心胶囊治疗的机理。方法选健康杂种犬15条,随机分为假手术组、模型组与开心胶囊组,复制犬心跳骤停复苏模型。在恢复自主循环180min后迅速摘取心脏,提取核蛋白,进行凝胶电泳迁移率变化分析。结果复苏后模型组心肌细胞NF-κB的活性明显高于假手术组(P＜0．05)。与模型组相比,开心胶囊组心肌细胞NF-κB的活性明显下降(P＜0．05)。结论复苏后心肌缺血再灌注NF-κB的表达与心肌损伤有一定的关系。开心胶囊防治复苏后心功能不全机制可能是与抑制心肌细胞NF-κB的活化有关。
