Abstract:Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of ultrafine granular powder(UGP),ultrafine powder(UP) and decoction pieces(DP) of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma(Rhodiola) for providing reference for quality evaluation of UGP of Rhodiola.Methods Collected 10 batches of DP,UP,UGP of Rhodiola fingerprints by HPLC.And analyze the fingerprints by similarity evaluation,principal component analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA).Results HPLC fingerprints of UGP,UP and DP of Rhodiola are established,and 18 common peaks are marked.The similarity of the same batch of UGP,UP and DP of Rhodiola are all more than 0.99.Rhodiola samples from different habitats could be divided into three categories by?PCA and HCA.Conclusion The established fingerprint analysis method is stable,reliable and repeatable.It can provide reference for the quality control and evaluation of UGP of Rhodiola combined.
