Abstract:Objective To analyze the mechanism of herb pair containing Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma against influenza based on network pharmacology.Methods Use TCMSP,Swiss and GeneCards databases to screen the active components of Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma,and predict the target information of drugs and diseases.Cytoscape software is used to construct the network of "drug-component-disease-target" interaction and protein interaction network,and the action targets of herb pair containing Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma are analyzed through using R software including GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Results 49 active components and 123 key targets of herb pair containing Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma are obtained.Flavonoids such as quercetin,baicalin,baicalein and wogonin may be the main active components,which act on the targets of IL6,TNF,CASP3,EGFR and NOS2,participate in several biological processes and play a role of anti-influenza through multiple signal pathways.Conclusion Herb pair containing Scutellariae Radix and Coptidis Rhizoma can resist influenza through the action mechanism of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway,which provides a novel idea for the anti-influenza with traditional Chinese medicine.
