白子菜鲜、干品寒凉药性差异的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨白子菜鲜、干品寒凉药性的程度差异。方法通过观察小鼠的一般情况变化,记录小鼠在高、低温区的停留比例,检测小鼠肝组织SDH、Na^+/K^+-ATP酶活性及下丘脑瞬时感受器电位离子通道蛋白含量。结果动物实验结束后,与体盛组比较,体盛+白子菜鲜、干品组小鼠肛温降低,在高温区停留比例升高,肝组织SDH、Na^+/K^+-ATP酶活性升高,下丘脑TRPV1蛋白表达升高及TRPM8蛋白表达降低;与体虚组比较,体虚+白子菜鲜、干品组小鼠肛温升高,在高温区停留比例降低,肝组织SDH、Na^+/K^+-ATP酶活性降低,下丘脑TRPV1蛋白表达降低及TRPM8蛋白表达升高。同时,体盛/体虚 +白子菜干品组小鼠各指标变化趋势较体盛/体虚+白子菜鲜品组小鼠明显。结论白子菜鲜、干品的药性有明显程度差异,即鲜品为凉性,干品为寒性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the difference of cold and cool property between fresh and dry Gynura divaricata.Methods The changes in the general condition of mice is observed,the proportion of mice staying in the high and low temperature areas is recorded,the SDH,Na^+/K^+-ATPase activity in the liver tissue of mice and the content of ion channel protein in the hypothalamic transient receptor potential are detected.Results After the end of the animal experiment,compared with the body energetic group,the anal temperature of the body energetic + fresh / dry group is decreased,the proportion of staying in the high temperature area is increased,and the activity of SDH and Na^+/K^+-ATPase in liver tissue is increased,the expression of TRPV1 protein in the thalamus is increased and the expression of TRPM8 protein is decreased.Compared with the body deficiency group,the anal temperature of mice in the body deficiency + fresh/dry Gynura divaricata group is increased,the proportion of staying in the high temperature area is decreased,the activity of SDH and Na^+/K^+-ATPase in liver tissue is decreased,the expression of TRPV1 protein in the thalamus is decreased and the expression of TRPM8 protein is increased.At the same time,the change trend of each index of the mice in the body energetic/body deficiency + dry Gynura divaricata group is more obvious than that in the body energetic/body deficiency + fresh Gynura divaricata group.Conclusion The medicinal property has significant differences between fresh and dry Gynura divaricata,that is the fresh Gynura divaricata is cool and the dry Gynura divaricata is cold.
