UPLC-MS/MS法研究柚皮苷在不同年龄大鼠体内的组织分布

摘    要:目的研究青年组和老年组SD大鼠灌胃柚皮苷后在体内组织分布的差异。方法 SD大鼠按100 mg/kg灌胃柚皮苷后分别于0、0.25、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、8.0、12.0、24.0 h收集大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、胃、子宫、卵巢和小肠组织,预处理后,采用超高效液相色谱质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)法测定各组织中柚皮苷的含量。结果青年组和老年组大鼠口服柚皮苷后,在所有组织中都有分布。在0.25 h时,与青年组比较,老年组柚皮苷在心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、卵巢、小肠组织中浓度显著低于其在青年组组织中浓度(P<0.05),其它时间点也存在差异。结论柚皮苷在不同年龄大鼠的组织分布不同,老年组组织分布发生了一定的变化,为柚皮苷的深度研究与利用提供实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the difference in tissue distribution of SD rats in the young group and the old group after gavage of naringin.Methods The contents of naringin in heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,brain,stomach,uterus,ovary and small intestine of SD rats are collected at 0,0.25,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,8.0,12.0,24.0 h,respectively.Results Naringin is distributed in all tissues of young and old rats.At 0.25 h,the concentration of naringin in heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,ovary and small intestine group is significantly lower than that in young group (P<0.05),there are also differences at other time points.Conclusion The tissue distribution of naringin is different in different age rats.The tissue distribution of naringin in the elderly group change to some extent,which provide experimental basis for the in-depth study and utilization of naringin.
