内蒙东胜市长卡司机艾滋病预防干预结果分析

为了摸索在重点人群中开展干预活动控制艾滋病传播的经验 ,我们于 1997年开始在内蒙伊盟长途卡车司机人群中开展了以宣传教育为主要内容的干预活动。具体结果如下 :经过一年的干预 ,干预人群知识平均正确率提高 54.55%。三种传播途径的知晓率均在 90 %以上 ,非传播途径的知晓率也均有了大幅度的提高。提示此种干预方法在预防知识知晓率较低的目标人群中能获得较好的效果。

An Analysis of AIDS Preventive Intervention on Long Distance Truck Drivers in Dongsheng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

In order to get the experience of HIV intervention and education in high risk behavior group. An educational material distribution and counsel was carried out in long distowce truck drivers in Dongsheng city 1997. There was an singificant increase on preventive knowledge in target group. The preventive knowledge was increased by 54.55% after intervention, and over 90% persons understood three main HIV transmission route in the target group. It was showed that this was a very effective method for AIDS control in some poor preventive knowledge group.
