| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护嘱制度在危重患者临床护理中的应用。方法采用便利抽样法选取2009年10月至2010年9月在解放军第88医院治疗的68例普外科危重患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。试验组患者执行常规护理的同时实行护嘱制度,通过规范护嘱内容、建立护嘱字典库、确定人员资质、组织人员培训、实行护嘱单床旁应用、建立质量标准等方法落实护理措施;对照组患者按照传统方法遵照医嘱执行常规护理。比较两组护理质量和患者满意度。结果试验组的护理质量和患者的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护嘱制度促进了护理质量和患者满意度的提高,弥补了目前分级护理的不足,值得临床推广。
