| 摘 要： | 目的调查普外科老年急腹症患者急性期情感抑郁的现状以及所采用的应对方式,并分析其与情感抑郁的相关性。方法 2008年3月至2009年3月,采用自行设计的调查问卷对236例老年急腹症急性期患者进行调查,问卷内容包括一般社会人口学资料、基本病情、患者的应对方式以及抑郁情绪等。结果 236例老年急腹症急性期患者中,抑郁者98例,其中轻度抑郁者44例、中重度抑郁者54例;不同文化程度的老年急腹症患者在面对和回避的应对方式上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);自费的老年急腹症患者抑郁情绪比享受医保的老年急腹症患者严重,且多采用回避的应对方式(P<0.01);老年急腹症患者回避和屈服的应对方式与抑郁情绪之间具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论情感抑郁在老年急腹症急性期患者中发生率高,与医疗付费方式、采取的应对方式等多种因素有关,应采取积极的护理干预措施,以避免或减少老年急腹症患者情感抑郁的发生。
