选择性剪接与组织修复

摘    要:人们已经认识到细胞中特定基因的表达是受到力学因素调控的。当受伤的组织和细胞进行自我修复时,生长因子的表达可能起着关键的作用。力生长因子(MGF),来源于IGF基因,在力学刺激下通过选择性剪接产生,显示了其在组织修复过程中的独特作用。关于力学刺激是怎样调控基因的表达我们还认识得不多,理解IGF-1基因的剪接过程有助于人们从分子水平研究细胞对力学信号的转导及相应的基因调控事件。

Abstract:It is known that gene expresion in cells is influenced by mechanical factors.The production of growth factorsmay play a ctiticM role when the injured tissues and cells are repairing.Mechano growth factor (MGF)is produced by alternative splicing of IGF-I gene.It has played its particular role in tissue repairing.We have little knowledge about gene expression regulated by mechanicl signals.Understanding the process of splicing in IGF-I helps us to investigate the mechanotransduction of cells in response to mechanical stimulation and its gene regulation at molecular level.
