高碘对甲状腺组织腺苷酸环化酶和cAMP—磷酸二酯酶活性的影响

摘    要:给豚鼠高碘水180天后复制出高碘甲状腺肿动物模型,用光镜和电镜观察甲状腺组织的形态学变化,测定甲状腺组织腺苷酸环化酶(Adenytatecyclase,AC),cAMP-磷酸二酯酶(cAMP-Phosphodiesterase,cAMP-PDE)活性。结果发现:甲状腺的形态学变化与作者以前的研究结果一致,主要是滤泡腔扩大,上皮细胞受压变薄,腔内充满胶质。AC活性略有降低,cAMP-PDE活性无明显变化。以上结果说明,高碘甲状腺肿的发病机理是复杂的,可能是甲状腺代谢失调的综合结果。

Abstract:High iodide goiter was induced by excess iodine administration to guinea pig for 180 days. Morphological changes were confirmed by light and electron microscopy. It was showed that the colloid goiter induced in the study was the same as the authors' previous work. The activities of adenylate cyclase (AC) and phosphodiesterase (cAMP-PDE) were determined. It was found that the activity of AC was slightly decreased following excess iodine administration, but the activity of cAMP-PDE showed no change. This study suggested that thyroid metabolic disorder might be the cause of iodide gotter.
