| 摘 要： | 本实验以光镜和透射电镜观察了感染尾蚴16周家兔(n=10)胃壁的微循环变化,并与正常动物(n=5)对照。发现家兔胃壁的静脉内、粘膜及粘膜下层有大量血吸虫卵沉着,并形成虫卵结节。胃壁水肿,微血管扩张和淤血,粘膜层毛细血管内皮细胞增生,使管腔狭窄和内膜粗糙。研究结果表明,胃血吸虫病和胃壁微血管形态结构上的异常可导致胃壁微循环障碍,因而,粘膜易受损和并发出血。

| Abstract: | In the present experiment, we studied the changes of gastric wall microcirculation in rabbits with chronic schistosomiasis. The results show that there are a lot of eggs and egg nodules in the gastric wall with edema, bleeding and ulceration of gastric mucosa. Mucosal specimens reveal dilatation of sub-mucosal venules with ectasia of mucosal capillaries. The mucosal capillaries show proliferation of endothelial cells with numerous cytoplasm in microprojections into the lumen. These findings suggest that the gastric schistosomiasis and the microvasculature abnormality can impair the gastric wall microcirculation, thus resulting in damage to gastric mucosa and bleeding. |
