摘    要:白细胞介素6(interhukin-6,IL-6)是一种多功能细胞因子,在许多疾病中发挥着重要的作用。而IL-6只有通过和其受体形成IL-6/IL-6R/gp130六聚体复合物,才能进行信号传导,从而发挥其生物学作用。而白细胞介素6受体(IL-6R)是介导这个六聚体复合物形成的“中介分子”,它以其胞外区的相应结构与IL-6结合后进一步偶联gp130的胞外区并通过gp130的胞内区将IL-6的信号传递到胞内。鉴于IL-6R在信号传导过程中发挥着重要的作用,IL-6和其受体成功克隆表达,信号传递途径的研究不断深入,结构和功能关系的了解,特别是近几年来,对IL-6R的拮抗剂的研究的不断深入,使得用IL-6R来治疗IL-6的相关疾病开辟了广泛的前景。

Abstract:As a multi - functional cytokine, IL -6 plays a vital role in many diseases. Before inducing the signal transduction and exerting its biological efferts, IL- 6 must bind its receptor and constitute a sextamer complex IL- 6/IL- 6R/gpl30, in which IL- 6R functions as the medi-molecule, it binds IL-6 through its extracellular region, then couples with the extracellular region of gp130.Thus, the of IL-6 cna be through the intracellular region of gp130.Taken the importance of IL- 6R in signal transduction, the researches on signal transduction pathway, and elucidation in the structure - function relation, especially the extensive focus on the antagonist of IL - 6R, it will provide a promising prospect to deal with the relevant disease with IL- 6R.
