| 摘 要： | 目的制备醋酸地塞米松喷雾剂并建立质量控制方法。方法以壳聚糖为辅料、醋酸地塞米松为主要成分制备喷雾剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果醋酸地塞米松在6~30μg.ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率102.18%,RSD=0.46%,(n=5)。结论醋酸地塞米松喷雾剂制备工艺可行,含量测定方法简便、准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To prepare dexamethasone acetate spray and establish a standard for quality control.CONCLUSION Chitosan was used as the accessoriese,dexamethasone acetate as main ingredient.The content was measured by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 6~30μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.9998).The average recovery of dexamethasone acetate was 102.18%,RSD was 0.46%(n=5).CONCLUSION The dexamethasone acetate spray is feasible in technological process.The method for content determination is simple and accurate. |
