| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了PBL教育方法在辅导员工作中的应用价值以及存在的问题，并与传统的辅导员工作方式方法进行了对比，结论是借鉴PBL教学方法开展辅导员工作在调动学生的主动性和积极性，改善师生关系，提高教育效果等方面优于传统的工作方法。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the applying value of PBL in the college counsellors' work,and contrasts the PBL teaching mode with the traditional method.Conclusion: PBL is obviously superior to the traditional method in the promotion of the activity,improving relation between teacher,students and education effect. |
