多糖微量元素络合物的安全性试验

摘    要:本研究对多糖微量元素络合物进行了LD_(50)试验、Ames试验、微核试验、蓄积性试验、溶血性试验等安全性试验。其结果为:小白鼠口服的LD_(50)为870.1mgFe/g·BW(即3873.04mg多糖铁),其刺激性弱。多糖Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn混饲小白鼠20d,蓄积系数大于5。Ames试验及微核试验均为阴性,无溶血现象,注射剂热原检查符合《药典》规定。

Abstract:We cought out on complex of polysaccharide-trace element LD50 test,Ames test. Micro nuclei test,Storage test and hemolysis test. The results showed that LD50 on mice is 870.1mg Fe/kg · BW (containing 3783. 04mg polysccharide Fe) and stimulus was observed. Storage coefficient was over 5 when mice were raised with polysaccharide Fe,Cu,Zn, Mn complex. The results of Ames and Micronuclei test were negative. No hemolysis took place. Evaluation of heat suurce in injective agents was up to the terms of pharmacopeia.
