绿僵菌现场防治德国小蠊效果的实验研究

摘    要:本文报道以绿僵菌为杀虫剂的灭蟑螂盒防治德国小蠊的现场效果。每平方米放置0.6个和1.2个灭蟑螂盒对德国小蠊虫口减退率无影响;防治成虫的效果优于若虫;每平方米放1.2个灭蟑螂盒,12周时德国小蠊的虫口减退率仍达86.5%。本文还对灭蟑螂盒在蟑螂综合防治中的作用及应用前景进行了评述。

Abstract:The present paper reports the results of controlling Blattella germanica L. In room trial with Bio-Path Cockroach Control Chamber. The effective ingredient being Metarhizium anisopliae. The density of chambers using 0. 6 chambers/m2 and 1. 2 chambers/ m2 treatments showed no remarkable influence upon population reduction of the cockroach. The adults of cockroach were more susceptiable than young cockroach to the infection of metarhizium. The Metarhizium chamber had for Longer persistence in control of the cockroach population than the chemical treatment of Boric bait. The redaction percent of cockroach in 12 weeks still maintained in 86.5%, while only 36. 9% reduction reached in Boric bait treatment.
