两种东线甘氟毒饵适口性及灭效试验

本文报道了用东线甘氟诱杀鼠剂配制的两种毒铒的适口性和灭鼠效果现场试验结果。东线甘氟大米浸泡毒铒在皖南某农场一场部和农田试验,摄食系数分别为1.80和1.49,灭鼠率分别为92.59％和91.72％,其适口性及灭鼠效果良好,适合于广大农村灭鼠;东线甘氟混合颗粒毒饵在当地另一场部试验,摄食系数和灭鼠率分别为1.03和75.39％。灭鼠效果较差。

Study on Palatability and Killing Efficiency of Two Gliftor Baits of Dongxian Rodenticides

This was a field trial report on palatability and killing efficiency of two Gliftor baits of Dongxian rodenticides. This experiment was made in a farm in the east of An-hui province. The feeding coefficients of the Dongxian rice bait soaked Gliftor and the Dongxian granular bait mixed Gliftor were 1. 80 and 1. 03 individually when they were conducted in two resident sites of the farm,the killing efficiency of both were 92. 5% and 75. 39% individually. The feeding coefficient and killing efficiency of the Dongxian rice bait soaked Gliftor were 1. 49 and 91. 72% individually in a piece of farmland. The results evinced that the palatability and killing efficiency of the Dongxian rice bait soaked Gliftor were good. That the palatability and killing efficiency of the Dongxian granular bait mixed Gliftor were worse than those of the Dongxian rice bait soaked Gliftor were related to different feeding selection of the local rodents as to the basicbait.
