| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨斜位造影在DSA中的应用价值。方法:222例均先作选择性或超选择性造影,对没有显示病变或显示病变不完全的病例加摄斜位;对脑血管造影加摄斜位或行旋转 DSA。结果:83 例次各动脉斜位造影中 59 例次清楚显示病变。结论:斜位造影有助于显示动脉开口、血管走行、病灶起源、形态及其与周围组织器官的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the value of oblique position in DSA.Methods:222 cases underwent selective or super-selective angiography and in the cases whose lesion was not shown or shown incompletely oblique position was taken.Oblique position or rotational DSA was obtained in the cerebral angiography cases.Results:59 of 86 cases with oblique DSA showed the lesion clearly.Conclusion:Oblique DSA can well demonstrate branches of arteries,origin and configuration of lesion and involvement of the adjacent organs. |
