光化学疗法对银屑病患者皮损中微血管密度和血清血管内皮生长因子水平的影响

目的:了解光化学疗法(PUVA)对银屑病患者皮损中微血管密度(MVD)和血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法:用血管内皮细胞特异性标志物CD34抗体免疫组化法检测银屑病患者PUVA治疗前后皮损中的MVD,用ELISA方法检测患者PUVA治疗前后血清VEGF的水平。结果:银屑病患者PUVA治疗前的MVD明显高于治疗后及正常对照组P均<0.01。银屑病患者PUVA治疗前的血清VEGF水平明显高于治疗后及正常对照组P均<0.01。结论:PUVA可能通过抗血管新生作用来治疗银屑病。

Effect of psoralen ultraviolet A therapy on the microvessel density of lesions and the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with psoriasis

Objective: To study the effect of psoralen ultraviolet A (PUVA) therapy on the microvessel density (MVD) of skin lesions and the levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with psoriasis. Methods: The MVD was detected by immunohistochemical method with monoclonal antibody that was specific to the endothelial marker of CD34. The level of VEGF in sera was measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Using these two methods the patients with psoriasis were tested before and after PUVA therapy. Results: Comparing the data before the therapy, MVD and VEGF were significantly decreased after PUVA therapy (P < 0.01). Conclusion: It is indicated that anti-angiogenesis may be involved in the psoriasis treatment with PUVA.
