宫内节育器放置术后的超声随访价值

目的探讨超声检查在宫内节育器放置术后的随访价值。方法将2005年1月～2006年12月在本中心进行宫内节育器放置术的育龄妇女随机分为两组,A组进行宫内节育器放置术后超声定期随访,B组患者自行进行术后超声检查,比较两组术后并发症情况。结果B组158例宫内节育器放置术后并发症的出现率较A组169例组高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。两组年龄、月经周期、放置的节育器类型等经统计学比较(P>0.05),均无显著性差异。结论超声定期随访检查能够敏感、准确的显示宫内节育器位置、形态,较早的发现术后并发症。

Value of Ultrasonic Follow-up on Prevenception Utensil

Objective To explore the value of regular ultrasonic follow-up on prevenception utensil. Methods We retrospectively reviewed sonograms of patients with prevenception utensil from Jan ,2005 to Dec,2007. All patients were divided into two groups: A and B. Group A was followed up regularly by ultrasound,while group B was followed up according to the patient. Results There were obviously more complications in group B(158 cases) than group A(169 cases)( P <0.05). There were no difference of age,menstrual cycle and type of prevenception utensil(P>0.05). Conclusion Regular ultrasonograhy is a sensitive and accurate method for follow-up on the location and shape of prevenception utensil,which can find complications earlier.
