摘    要:目的妥善处理护理服务失误,提高护理服务质量和患者满意度。方法制定护理服务补救流程,采用集中理论培训、模拟训练等方式对护理人员进行培训,提高其服务补救的水平,掌握服务补救的特点。结果实施服务补救后,患者满意度提高,护理服务纠纷减少(P〈0.01)。结论实施护理服务补救,是护士应对护患纠纷、减少服务失误的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective To deal with nursing defects appropriately anti thereby to improve the quality of nursing and patient' s satisfaction. Method The measures included establishing remedy flow to nursing defects and providing nurse training through the means of lectures and practice training to improve nurses' remedy ability. Result After the remedy measures,the patient' s satisfaction was increased and the incidence of nursing disputes was reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The practice of remedy measures is proved to be effective to cope with nursing disputes and reduce nursing errors.
