| 摘 要： | 目的评价信必可都保和舒利迭在治疗轻、中度支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性,并对二者的疗效加以比较。方法将80例支气管哮喘患者随机分为信必可都保组和舒利迭组,比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效和肺功能。结果经治疗两组患者的哮喘症状均得到改善,但信必可都保组症状改善更显著(P0.05);在肺功能方面,两组患者第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)都有所提高,两组间比较差异无统计学意义,但信必可都保组对晨间呼气峰流速(PEF)提高较舒利迭组显著(P0.05),两组不良事件的发生率无差异(P0.05)。结论信必可都保和舒利迭对支气管哮喘的症状和肺功能都有良好的改善作用,但信必可都保起效时间更快。
