| 摘 要： | 目的:为促进我国医药卫生工作的发展提供参考。方法:回顾和思考我国国家基本药物制度的发展历程,参考借鉴世界卫生组织(WHO)的经验,并展望我国国家基本药物制度的发展方向。结果与结论:WHO提出"国家基本药物"的概念,并建议医疗机构建立药物和治疗学委员会(组)、编写《标准治疗指南》和《国家处方集》以管理国家基本药物的合理使用。30多年来,我国虽陆续制定了《国家基本药物目录》及相关政策,但因实施不力而效果不明显。2009版《国家基本药物目录·基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》和2010版《中国国家处方集·化学药品与生物制剂卷》的发布,标志着我国国家基本药物制度再次启动和发展。
