教学查房虽是综合医院的常规性工作,但常被忽视。规范的教学查房不但是培养实习进修学生的重要途径,更主要的是提高本院临床医师的综合素质和学习能力,是医院文化的传承。通过教学查房培养合格的基层全科医生,实现医师的再培养,从而提高医院的综合实力,适应医疗改革的需要,为建立三级卫生网络提供保障。

The Role of Teaching Ward-round in Comprehensive Hospital Development

Teaching rounds is a routine work in general hospital,but often overlooked. Standard teaching ward round is not only an important way of training internship students,more important to improve the clinician’s comprehensive quality and ability of learning,is the hospital culture. The training of qualified local GPS through teaching rounds,then realize training of doctors,thus improving the overall strength of the hospital,meet the needs of health care reform,to provide protection for the establishment of three health network.
