中药灌肠治疗妇科手术术后粘连性肠梗阻22例临床分析

摘    要:目的:观察分析肠疗法治疗妇科手术术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月-2013年1月本院收治的22例妇科手术术后粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床病例资料,所有患者在传统的西医治疗的基础上采用中药制剂通腑泻热灌肠合剂进行灌肠,观察肠疗法治疗妇科手术术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床治疗效果;患者腹胀消失时间以及排便时间,要求普外科医生实时观察患者,对治疗无效的患者及时进行再次手术,保证患者的生命安全。结果:22例患者经过治疗,17例患者完全治愈,3例患者好转,2例保守治疗失败再次经腹手术,术后治愈,总有效率达90.9%。结论:肠疗法治疗妇科手术术后粘连性肠梗阻临床效果较好,安全性高,患者术后恢复快,是临床上治疗妇科手术术后粘连性肠梗阻的优选方案。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of gynecological surgery postoperative intestinal adhesion ileus therapy.Method:22 cases of intestinal obstruction after gynecological surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2013 were treated and retrospectively analyzed,all patients used Chinese medicine Tongfu diarrhea hot enema mixture based on the traditional western medicine treatment,observed clinical outcomes,disappearing time and defecation bloating in patients of therapy for gynecological surgery postoperative intestinal adhesion ileus;general surgeon required real-time observation of patients,surgery again for invalid patients in timely,ensured patient safety.Result:22 patients after treatment,17 patients completely cured;3 patients improved;2 cases of failure through conservative treatment again after abdominal surgery,postoperative cure,the total effective rate was 90.9%.Conclusion:Intestinal therapy treatment of gynecological clinical postoperative intestinal obstruction better,safe,rapid postoperative recovery,is the clinical treatment of gynecological surgery postoperative adhesion ileus preferred solution.
