经直肠三维超声在妇科疾病诊断中的应用

目的:探索经直肠三维超声(3D-TRS)在妇科疾病诊断中的应用,并与经腹超声(TAS)进行比较。方法:随机抽取123例妇科患者,对其行TAS检查,同时采用经阴道容积探头行3D-TRS检查,比较两种检查方法的显像差异,并对患者进行随访,比较两种方法的诊断符合率。结果:3D-TRS在妇科疾病诊断符合率(95.93%)明显高于TAS(60.16%),比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:经直肠三维超声诊断妇科疾病的符合率明显优于TAS,二者联合使用对妇科疾病的早期诊断、鉴别诊断及准确分期具有重要意义。

Application of Three Dimensional Transrectal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Gynecological Diseases

Objective：To discuss the application of diagnosis of by Three dimensional transrectal ultrasound（3D-TRS）,and compare with transabdominal ultrasound（TAS）.Method：Randomly 123 gynecological patients were selected,they were treated with the TAS examination,at the same time were given transvaginal volume probe 3D-TRS examination.The difference of both imaging and the diagnosis coincidence rate of two methods by follow-up of the patients were compared.Result：The coincidence rate of 3D-TRS（95.93%）was significantly higher than the TAS（60.16%）in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Diagnostic coincidence rate of 3D-TRS is obviously better than the TAS in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases,and great significance for early diagnosis,differential diagnosis,accurate staging of gynecological diseases by using both of 3D-TRS and TAS.
