临床路径在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术全麻联合硬膜外阻滞中的实施分析

目的：通过对卵巢囊肿腹腔镜切除术临床路径实施情况的分析，评价临床路径应用于麻醉过程中的实际效果。方法：选取2011年6月-2013年6月卵巢囊肿患者在全麻联合硬膜外阻滞下行腹腔镜切除术的200例患者，以其平均麻醉时间、麻醉费用等作为评价指标，对比分析试验组和对照组的情况。结果：临床路径实施组麻醉时间，麻醉费用低于对照组（P〈0.05）；患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：卵巢囊肿腹腔镜切除术中全麻联合硬膜外阻滞，实施在临床路径可以明显提高手术质量。

Clinical Analysis of the Implementation of Clinical Pathway by General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Block in the Ovarian Cyst Laparoscopic Operation

Objective：To analyze the implementation of ovarian cyst laparoscopic cholecystectomy through clinical pathway,actual effect evaluation of clinical pathway was applied during anesthesia. Method：From 2011 June to 2013 June 200 cases of ovarian cyst resection in patients with general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for laparoscopic information was selected and the average duration of anesthesia,anesthetic fee as the assessment index .The experimental group and the control group were analyzed. Result：The implementation of clinical pathway group average duration of anesthesia,the average cost of anesthesia was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）and the satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：General anesthesia combined with epidural block in the implementation of clinical pathway can improve the operation quality in ovarian cyst laparoscopic resection.
