手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折30例临床体会

目的:总结儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者手术治疗经验和体会。方法:以本院2009年6月-2012年12月收治的30例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者为研究对象,给予外科手术治疗,即实施切开复位,再用克氏针交叉内固定。结果:经过外科手术的针对性治疗,疗效为优者19例,良8例,可3例,优良率为90%;无一例患儿出现关节僵硬、肘内翻等情况;神经损伤患者在术后3个月以内全部恢复;配合功能锻炼,全部患儿的关节功能恢复良好。结论:手术治疗肱骨髁上骨折儿童患者,根据患儿的身心特点选择适合的治疗时机,并选择合适的手术入路,以获得满意的效果。

Operation Experience in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children

Objective： To summarize the experience and understanding of children supracondylar fracture surgery. Method： 30 cases of children supracondylar fracture in our hospital from June 2009 -2012 December were admitted and selected for the study, given surgical treatment. Result： After surgery and targeted therapy, the efficacy was excellent in 19 patients, good in 8 cases, 3 cases, the excellent rate was 90%. None of the patients with joint stiffness, cubitus varus and so on. Nerve injury patients after 3 months or less fully recovered. Conclusion： Surgical treatment of supracondylar fractures in pediatric patients, need to select the appropriate surgical approach, and according to the treatment of children with physical and mental characteristics, in order to obtain satisfactory results.
