同步放化疗对局部晚期食管癌患者的临床价值分析

目的：探讨同步放化疗对局部晚期食管癌患者的临床价值。方法：选取本院2009年1月-2013年6月120例局部晚期食管癌患者，根据自愿原则分成研究组和对照组，对照组患者实施6mV—x射线放射单纯放疗法进行治疗，研究组在对照组基础上增加PF放疗法，予以氟尿嘧啶和顺铂滴注，对比分析两组患者近期疗效、远期疗效、不良反应发生率。结果：研究组经治疗后近期有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05），5年随访远期生存率优于对照组（P〈0．05）；研究组不良反应发生率高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义。结论：同步放化疗和单一放疗相比较，近期、远期疗效更为明显，能够增加患者生命，但是不良反应发生率相对要高，所以临床应用时需根据实际情况综合处理。

Analysis on Clinical Value of Concurrent Radiochemotherapy in the Treatment of Local Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective： To observe the clinical value of concurrent radiochemotherapy in the treatment of local advanced esophageal cancer. Method： 120 patients with local advanced esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013 were selected and divided into two groups, the research group and the control group. The control group received the treatment method of 6 mV-X ray radiation. The research group received the treatment method of PF radiotherapy and instilled with fluorouracil and cisplatin.The short-term efficacy, long-term efficacy and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed. Result： After treatment, the short-term effective rate of the research group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, the long-term survival rate after 5 years of follow-up of the research group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was higher than that in the control group, which had no evident statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： Compared with single radiochemotherapy, concurrent radiochemotherapy not only has evident short-term and long-term efficacy, but also can increase the life the patients, but the incidence rate of adverse reactions is high.So it should he treated comprehensively according to the situations in clinical application.
