护理组长主管负责制在普外科病房管理中的应用

目的:探讨护理组长主管负责制在普外科病房护理管理中的作用。方法:评选高资历护理人员轮流担任护理组长,实施护理组长主管负责制管理模式,充分利用护理人力资源的潜力,使整体护理的各项工作得以切实地落实。通过质控检查,比较实施前后护理质量的变化情况和患者的满意度。结果:实施护理组长主管负责制管理模式后,科室护理质量状况、患者满意度较实施前均有明显的提高(P0.05);同时科室护理人员的理论和操作技能也有很大进步(P0.05)。结论:护理组长主管负责制充分调动了各级护理人员的积极性,保证了护理安全,是提高护理工作质量的有效措施。

Application of Nursing Director Responsibility System in Management of General Surgery Departments

Objective： To discuss the application of nursing director responsibility system in management of general surgery departments. Method： Selection of highly qualified nurses take turns as nursing director, head of the nursing team leader was responsible for system management mode, make full use of the potential of nursing human resources, and the overall care of the work to be effectively implemented. The changes before and after in the quality satisfaction of care and patient through quality control checking were compared. Result： The department care quality status and patient satisfaction had significantly increased after nursing director responsibility system in management departments （ P〈0.05 ） ; and departments of nursing theory and operational skills had made great progress （ P〈O.05 ） . Conclusion： Nursing director responsibility system to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of various levels nurses, and to ensured the nurse safety. It is effective measures to improve the quality of nurse.
