重型颅脑损伤患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预见性护理方法研究

目的：调查研究重型颅脑损伤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的预见性护理方法。方法：选取在本院进行重型颅脑治疗的患者50例，根据其护理措施的不同将其分为试验组（下肢深静脉血栓预见性护理）25例和对照组（常规护理）25例，而后跟踪观察患者进行的护理措施，并研究其护理措施的有效性及临床应用价值。结果：试验组的下肢深静脉血栓、下肢静脉炎、静脉壁损伤的发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。长期卧床和静脉血栓史是引起该病的主要原因。结论：针对重型颅脑损伤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的护理方法中，临床预见性护理措施包括经常更换体位，定期下肢运动同时结合用药治疗，发挥了非常重要的作用。

Study the Foreseeable Nursing of the Shaping of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Blood Tie in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

Objective：To survey and study the foreseeable nursing of the shaping of lower extremity deep venous blood tie in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Method：Fifty cases of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury treatment in our hospital were chosen,and were divided into two groups by nursing methods,each group of 25 cases. The experimental group was treated by deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity foreseeable nursing. The control group was given routine nursing. Then the nursing measures of the patients were followed and the effectiveness and clinical value of the nursing measures were observed. Result：The incidence of deep venous thrombosis,lower extremity phlebitis,venous wall injury of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The main causes of the disease were long-term bed and the history of venous thrombosis. Conclusion：In the nursing methods of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,predictive nursing measures with regular motion of lower limb combined with drug therapy,which plays an important role in clinical.
