儿童支原体肺炎60例X线表现探析

目的:探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的X线表现特征。方法:随机抽取2012年在本院经临床和实验室检查确诊的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎60例患儿为A组,将随机抽取的同期在本院治疗的52例非支原体肺炎患儿为B组,比较两组患儿的胸部X线影像表现。结果:A组患儿的斑片影、肺段实变、肺叶实变的表现上均高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(字2=1.889、6.267、1.516,P0.05)。而A组患儿胸片表现为纹理增粗、模糊的明显少于B组,其差异有统计学意义(字2=4.623,P0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的X线表现各种各样,临床上易与细菌性肺炎和病毒性肺炎相混淆,根据典型X线征象,结合患儿临床表现及实验室检查,对早期诊断有重要的意义。

Analysis of X-ray of 60 Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective：To discuss the X-ray features of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（MPP）. Method：60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly selected in our hospital as group A,and 52 children with pneumonia without mycoplasma were randomly selected for the same period treated in the hospital as group B. The chest X-ray imaging performance in the two groups were compared. Result：Shadow plaques,lung segment consolidation,lobar consolidation in group A were higher than those in group B,the differences was statistically significant（X2=1.889,6.267,1.516,P〈0.05）.Thicker texture chest,blurred in group A showed significantly less than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant（X2=4.623,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has a variety of X-ray findings,clinical easily with bacterial pneumonia and viral pneumonia confused,according to the typical X-ray findings,combined with children with clinical manifestations and laboratory tests is important meaning for early diagnosis.
